After Dr. Amrita Jain’s passing in 2000, the hospital was founded in her memory, with a mission to continue their tradition of ethical and accessible healthcare.

Their son, Dr. Vinamra Jain, left behind a promising future in London to return home and transform healthcare in Shahdol.
